The accommodation was fine it was just let down by the dinner in the restaurant. The glazed ham meal was dry and tough (had it been heated in the microwave or was it just past it's best?). Either way not that great, so a little disappointing.

Very nice hotel. Windows are very thick, can barely hear traffic, even large trucks braking in the writing g heat you can barely notice. Very comfortable beds
Nice room, well cleaned. No elevator so stairs required for upper level rooms. Anyone with back or leg issues should request a ground floor room. Attached restaurant has nice food, good selection of meals and offers room service but is far from cheap. Parking is excellent and offers a Tesla charging station for those lucky enough to own one!
Stayed here for a work trip. Confirmation email stated check in was 1100 as I was starting work at 1300. Arrived at 1200 and waited in empty reception area for 20 minutes after buzzing for assistance. Was told that check in was 1400 and room wasn't ready. I said but I have confirmation that it was 1100. Was told "you can tell me 3 more times about your confirmation but it won't make your room ready." The guy was so rude so I just left to return after work at 2200. Was greeted by a woman who said "yes?" I told her I was checking in and she punched some info on the computer passed me a card and said "room's upstairs" not even a have a nice stay or anything. Room itself was fine. Nice shower after long drive then working all day. It's a shame the staff are so rude. Will tell work to book me somewhere else in future.
