This comfy, pretty little motel is managed by the nicest couple I've met around Horsham. They're helpful, honest and funny. Highly recommended! It's clean, tidy and cheap!
Had to cancel and hadnt been charged. They then tried saying its there policy to charge anyway for some 24hour rule theyve never said they had. Never will I stay here again and spreading the word. Also getting money back illegally charged to my Visa card via chargeback through bank. Previous owners were far better. Simply money hungry people running it now. I recorded the conversation and he called police. Poor guy got an education in law today as well
Very friendly & helpful staff, rooms very clean but basic, but the beds are like concrete, lucky they had electric blankets so at least you were warm. Its in a great location, close to everything but all you get is a room no extras except you do get breakfast which is very basic. Overall you pay for what you get, great place to stop in over night for a break in your drive, good price & even better if you ring direct.
I've seen worse bathrooms but I can't remember when, nowhere to put anything except a shelf sticky tape to the wall. Carpet very stained. Water was good an hot but bathroom door swings free an squeaky. Could hear heavy trucks clearly an we were at the back
Beautifully clean rooms with nice decor (looks like it's been recently refurbished) . Continental breakfast delivered to your door in the morning (cereal and toast) and real milk . Very effective heater _and_ electric blankets gave me the warmest sleep I've ever had in a motel . Also the firmest and most comfortable bed I've had traveling . Very friendly and helpful receptionist was icing on the cake .
