Smerdon Lodge Motel, Horsham, VIC Had effective air conditioning which I had to have going all night and I was able to have my miniature dog there too!!! Finding a place where I can have my dog inside with me AND that has air conditioning too can be very frustrating, but I have been impressed so far with my accommodations. It is not the newest of amenities by any stretch of the imagination, but it has my vote. Next time I call in there though, I might take my own muesli to the breakfast room, use their milk, then microwave it so I can have my usual porridge breakfast.

It was the lovely service and budget price tag that led me to the 4star rating. The pillows were so sunken in, useless. The mattress was ok but also super soft. Other than that everything else was a okay, just a bit old, but clean. Brekkie was basic cereals juices toast and fruit. Nice enough for freebies.
