Really great place to stay with a young family. We were only in town for the night but they were so accommodating. We got in at 12:30am and helped us out so much by setting up my son's portacot for us
Conveniently-located motel, about halfway between Melbourne an Adelaide. Horsham is a great place to break your journey. Westlander is in the Melbourne side of Horsham, on the south side of the Western Highway - one of the first motels that you see from that direction, about 2km from the centre of Horsham. Heated swimming pool, WiFi & breakfast available.Rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. Reasonably priced.Reception closes 10pm. Highly recommended.
Perfect for what we needed - an economic short stay. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Will keep this as a regular stay for our Melbourne to Adelaide trips.
We needed somewhere to sleep on a long drive. The family budget room is exactly that: budget. However, that's exactly what you want. The room isn't flash, but it has what it needs for the price you pay. That is, beds, kettle, tv and a small bathroom. When you're just stopping overnight, you don't necessarily want to pay extra for a more updated room, so it's definitely great for families on a budget. Basic breakfast provisions are free and available in a pleasant dining room. We had coffee, cereal, peaches, yoghurt, toast and juice on offer. We didn't use the facilities like the pool so I cannot comment on that. The owners are lovely and were very understanding when we kept having to change our plans due to some car issues.
Quiet location. Very clean. Continental breakfast included. Reasonable rates. Very friendly helpful owner.
