Thanks so much to Ross the manager who was very helpful. The room was super clean and comfortable. Next time we travel through Horsham we will definitely be staying the night here again.
Clean rooms and exceptional customer service. Staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to help us out with done logistical issues. Highly recommend this place.

Asked about internet quality when booking & they said it was good. It was barely connectable at all & frequently turned off. Floor dirty, shower mouldy, solar pool freezing despite sunny, warm weather. Shower pressure was very weak making it difficult to balance. Thin walls as woken by noisy swearing guests at 6.15am.
A bit of cleaning under the bed etc. would be good
