I don't even want to give one star rude salesman thought I couldn't afford the car and gave directions to a cheaper place big mistake I went to Wilson and boulton and purchased a car (cash)they actually listen to people big fu to you

Having recently had my first car servicedone by Horsham Toyota, I was very impressed with the overall experience.I have now just booked my next major car service over the phone & in dealing with the service dept on both occasions, I have spoken to a very helpful & obliging man by the name of 'Brad', who certainly has been a pleasure to deal with & speak to.I have also found front counter staff very helpful and obliging in customer service.This isn't my closest Toyota dealership, but I am willing to travel abit further for decent genuine priced service.... (being ripped off because I'm a female is my MAJOR pet hate ! )Well done to everyone concerned on making your customers feel genuinely welcome & respected.
