I give this agency a 10/10After a terrible experience with another Horsham Real estate Agent I took my property to Horsham Real Estate. Best move I could have made! The Property Managers were so careful with the applicantion checks it made me confident about the choice of tenants and theres been no surprises. Couldnt ask for a better tenant. Routine reports are excellent. I know what condition my property is in and any maintenance is arranged as soon as I give the ok. I would highly recommend this Agency, they go the extra yards! Just keep doing what youre doing HRE and thanks for your great work!
Would have to agree with Anne Jarvis. We have just taken over 3 rental properties from an elderly uncle and we have found 1 problem after another in the last 12 months we have not seen ANY property inspection reports the properties have become run down and in need of major repair and maintenance. Tenants have been offered free rent for work that they do to the property without any consent from us. A claim with VCAT to get our bond was cancelled by you even though the house was left in a mess and rent was owing. Its a pity that you do not look after your home owners or your tenants as they have been asking for repairs to be done but these requests are not being passed on to the owners. Our new agent has been fantastic in helping us get these and other problems sorted. Pity I could not rate this with 0 stars
