Customer service is poor. I vowed to myself to never shop there again a few months ago due to staff rudeness, but today I thought well maybe it was just that one young girl. Nope after my experience today, I know for sure they are all rude. Woww I can't believe my experience today just by asking a simple question as to whether they had a tester available. I could actually still hear that young girl still back chatting and muttering whilst I walked away trying very hard not to call for management. Do yourselves a favor and go to Amcal in Fibrace Street. Courteous and professional. Wish I could give minus stars.
Gr8 chemist. All staff are caring, friendly, helpful and have excellent knowledge. Store is always clean and tidy. Cheap prices and regular sales
