Went to see a 3D movie (Aquarman) in horsham. Disappointed the 3D didn't work and we had to watch it in 2D. Most people didn't get a refund and there was no apology nor told we could collect our money after the movie. "Many people getting ripped off"
Went and seen aquaman 3d great movie
Shame. Never seen such a shonky cinema before. No advertised prices and the ticket sales person "isn't sure on prices" yet we paid a whopping $71. Facebook and website also do not display prices. We had booked a 3d movie but despite 3 attempts they couldn't deliver the 3d movie so we watched the movie in 2d, no complaints from us happy to continue watching. At the conclusion the sales person was really put out by our request for a refund of the difference between 2 and 3d and gave us a measly $4 refund which after querying we got $11 back. Not a single tokenistic sorry was uttered. Funnily enough their FB page has no feedback option. Shame.
It is so good to have the movies in a small town. They have a great variety and the staff are friendly and always keen to get the best new movies to our local. Keep supporting them so they continue to support the community.
