jobs that should take less than a hr suddenly turn into an all day event which you are charged for. I had booked in to have work done it was supposed to take an hr i even sat in the waiting room as it wasn't going to take very long.....fast forward 4 hrs later......with many excuses of oh such and such was called away on an emergency ...that's fine i get that emergencies happen but when the bill came tried to charge me for ever single hr my car sat there not being worked on..........never ever again
