Safe, secure and clean Caravan Park ideal for overnight or long stays. The caravan park contains van/camping sites with or without connection, as well as cabins. It is situated next to the showgrounds, Horsham courts, river and botanical gardens. Sue, the park operator was very helpful and courteous, and offered me a site to park/rest in my car next to the amenities block and sleep overnight with full use of facilities. There is a fully equipped communal kitchen for use, make sure to clean up after yourselves. Free wifi of 500mb per day. Remember to book ahead and before 5pm!
What could be nicer than to be greeted by our lovely hosts bearing beautiful smiles. We are enjoying fantastic weather in a well maintained park with pretty good facilities that are well maintained. Not only that but you are half a stones throw from the river and not far from the centre of the city never mind all the attractions in the surrounding areas too many to mention.
Nice and clean park. Showers were good. Would be better with a fence around the park but to feel a bit more secure but didn't take anything from our stay. Would definitely stay there again
Friendly, welcoming staff. Asked for a drive through when I booked last year. Accommodated our request. Pretty setting by the river. Nice walks. Good driving distance from South Aus.
It's a caravan park, plain and simple... Or so I thought would be my response on arrival.We had a late check in which was very easy to sort and when we arrived to our 2 bed cabin we were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and modern facilities in the rooms.In the morning once the sun had risen we got to see the beautiful view of the water and well maintained vegetation. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use much of the facilities around the park but seemed good.I will gladly stay here again as its been better than some high end hotels I've stayed in.
