Very little manners, gave me the wrong change (shorted me $20). I held up the drive thru over 5 minutes waiting for the correction, then received a broken messy cup. Had to ask for napkins. Not sure why I go back again and again for such bad service. Staff need training terribly. I would go to another McDonald's if there was one in town.
Entering form the road and into the eating area was easy with plenty of available car parks,unfortunately thats where it fell off the rails.We thought there was a fight in the kitchen or at least some very loud talking which lasted for our short stay,the coffee and meal was only warm,the coffee although practically undrinkable but tasty, the meal was unpalatable and unfortunately for us we did not finish either.
every time Ive been here Ive been served pretty quickly and staff are quite friendly, got offered a free large hot fudge sundae which was a really nice gesture. I havent had any issues here whatsoever.
Not a good day. Rubbish on tables. Waited quite a while to order thinking it would be faster than the non intuitive self order screens. Served in takeaway packaging when eating in so extra unnecessary rubbish. Food not fresh like it should be. Then finally, the bins were full so no where to put rubbish. No wonder other people left it on the tables. Not going back to Horsham Maccas for a long time!
I only ever go to Maca's for a coffee & I only ever get a long black with no sugar, now that shouldn't be to hard but it tasted burnt & dirty. I'm no expert but they did something terribly wrong on this occasion. I was 10km up the road & very disappointed when I tasted it...
